eclass mapping in SRM-MDM Catalog

Hi everybody,

I've imported eclass in MDM Catalog 2.0.

Now I want to import product data with eclass number.

The problem is that I have to map the eclass number against the eclass description which has to be done manually.

How can I automap the eclass number?

Hi,

Which table has eclass data?

Hierarchy table has code and description.

Please make sure Key Mapping = Yes for the hierarchy table definition.

Hi Masa,

I imported the eclass into hierarchy table.

Hierarchy Name = name of eclass

Hierarchy Code = eclass number (8 digits)

Where do I have to set key mapping = yes?

Open the repository in the MDM Console. Check the table definition for Hierachey.

Until now all fields have the default values.

Key mapping is yes.

The only possibilitiy I found until now was to set display field for hierarchy code and to remove display field for hierarchy name. But this means I have to change the settings after every import.
