Has OTR been used?

Does anybody knows if there is a tool helping us to check if one OTR object is usd in someplace so that we can remove some never used OTRs.

hi, can you show me in detail?

I'm not quite familiar with the object type.

for example, if i have an OTR called 'Report_by' with English text 'The text is reported by'. How can I find the record the table SOTR_USE?

Hi,

you can use object type R3TR SOTR for OTR short texts and R3TR SOTS for OTR long texts. You can use the alias name as object name and the concept id (or GUID which you can also find via SOTR_EDIT) for the field CONCEPT.

Hi Blake,

I would suggest that if u need to remove a few OTR objects then go to transaction SOTR_EDIT and find those objects and then u can delete them.

You can check using 'Where used buttons' that who else is using these objects.

Hi,

if you enter LIMU WDYV and * you get all OTR texts which are used in Web Dynpro views.

If you enter LIMU WDYV and a certain concept id you get all views where this OTR text is used.
