hi all,

in st02 we check the hit ratio.

in the Buffer -

---

> all the hit ratios are 95% except

exp/imp (76.08%) and

exp/imp. shm (84.31%)

also for Call stats -

---

> hit ratio is below 85%.

can anybody tell me what is the threshold value for this hit ratio in st02 and if the above ratios are below the threshold value then how to tune.

You can do this by setting sap parameter RZ10 or RZ11.
