hi every body,

can we operate both scenarious(classic&ex.clasic) at a time simultaneously.

what is the message type number for PO,GR,INVOICE etc.

can any one please help on this,,,,,,,,points will b awarded soon......

hi,

You can control the classic and ECS using the BADI "BBP_EXTLOCALPO_BADI".

To activate the ECS ,check the setting here:

SRM Server --> Cross-Application Basic Settings --> Activate Extended Classic Scenario.

Then using the BADI you can define the conditions under which you want to switch off the ECS and activate the classic scenario.

Hi Rakhi,

Its the same as what Disha has mentioned. You can use the BADI BBP_EXTLOCALPO_BADI to control (for e.g.,) if for a particular product category it should be classic or extended classic scenario.

Activate extended classic scenarion in SPRO and implement this BADI.

Hello Rakhi,

You cannot activate both the scenario's simulatneously but by activating badi this is possoble.

Generally you activate the Extended classic scenario using the customizing activity.

After this you can use the badi "BBP_EXTLOCALPO_BADI" with the necessary logic, that will switch off or on the extended classic scenario.

Hi Rakhi,

Logical Message typesand Idoc types are as below:

Purchase order or order

The logical message is ORDERS, the IDoc types ORDERS01 to ORDERS04.

Invoice or billing document

The logical message is INVOIC, the IDoc type INVOIC01.

Credit and debit advice

The logical messages are CREADV or DEBADV, the IDoc types PEXR2001 and PEXR2002.

Delivery schedule (LAB)

The logical message is DELINS (from the EDI standard ODETTE) or DELFOR, the IDoc type is DELFOR01.

Ordering or order response (also 865)

The logical message is ORDRSP, the IDoc types ORDERS01 to ORDERS04.

Ordering or order modification (also 876)

The logical message is ORDCHG, the IDoc types ORDERS01 to ORDERS04.

Delivery schedule (FAB)

The logical message is DELINS (from the EDI standard ODETTE) or DELJIT, the IDoc type is DELFOR01.

Shipping confirmation and stock confirmation

The logical message is SHPCON or WHSCON, the IDoc type DELVRY01.
