unable to import software component version from sld

hi,

i have also problem with "import software componenet version "

i got a message like

"unable to import software component version from

system landscape directory ......."

than i gone for SLDCHECK...i got an error it is ............

..........................................................................................

calling function LCR_LIST_BUSSINESS_SYSTEM

Retreiveing data from the sld server function call returned exception code 4

connection to sld does not work

check sld function and configuration

............................................................................................

what that i have to do ...to make it work ....please give me any solution for that please give me detailed info

given am confused ..., am using sap xi/pi 7.0 .., can you please brief the solution for the problem
