Copying text from order to PR for TAS

Dear All,

In case of Third party Item(TAS),Where the system generate PR automatically When the sales order has been created.

My querry is that "Is their any possibilities to copy text from Sales order to PR..?"

Points will be rewarded for the solution.

Hi shafi,

Did you fix this? Did you write the code or is there any other solution. we are trying to put customer PO no from sales order to PR somewhere.WE are thinking to put in text but text is not getting copied.

So please let me know the solution. Thanks in advance.

You can specify this in Define Copying Rules for Item Texts under sequence 01. Maintain text linkage so that the text flows from Sales Order PO Number field to Purachse Req Item Text field.

You can do it technically by writing ABAP code either in sales Order user exit or PR user exit.
