How can we do 1000 billing docs in one day

Is there any way to do 1000 billins in one day ata time or we hav to do through vfo1 for each billing doc

You may use VF04 (billing due list) or VF06 (batch billing) for the same.

VF06 will best suit your requirement where you set date and time for background job of printing invoices in bulk

There are 2 options:

1. T.Vode: VF04 - This will assist in doing collective Billing.

2. Better option is to schedule a background Job in non-peak hours, so that it by default processes Billing Documents & also not create performance issue.

Hello Venkata,

U can find all the documents due for billing in VF04 and you can schedule VF04, as a mass processing.

plz assign suitable points.
