Action Profile

hi experts,

I have defined an action in the profile SLFN0001_ADVANCED and set the corresponding condition using the transaction SPPFCADM but i am not able to see the the action in the message when i am using the transaction CRM_DNO_MONITOR.

can any one of you help me out from this fix.

Hi Varghese,

the prerequisite to see a action in the action box in transaction CRMD_ORDER is, that you marked in the action definition the check boxes "Changeable in Dialog" and "Display in Toolbox".

And of course you have to add the action to the action profile in the Condition configuration.

Assign your customized status and action profile to transation type SLFN.

Hi,

what is the SOLMAN Version you are on?

The action profile SLFN001_ADVANCED should be assigned to transaction type SLFN.

Go to SPRO --> IMG --> Customer Relationship Management --> Transactions --> Basic Settings --> Define Transaction Types

Double Click on SLFN and check what is the Action Profile assigned there.

This will solve your problem.

What do you mean? The Action list is empty in Tx: CRMD_ORDER?
