stock transport order problem

i am trying to do the stock transport order if i have to use the shipping then what is the differnec between the shipping and ithout shipping

Hi

with shipping uses the SD delivery and goods issue to delivery to make the stock in transit where as in without shipping we make the stock in transit by posting an inventory movement there will be no any delivery etc

Hello,

If a stock transport order with shipping, it includes a delivery and an invoice. If sales is involved then this type of STO is advicable. If there is no shipping involved, the it can be with one step procedure with MM.
