hardcode values in segment.

Hi Experts,

I have one segment E1EDP05.

I have to give hardcode values in the filed of KSCHL of this segment.

How i can give these value in loop as hardcode.

Hi,

If u wanted to hardcord any values then you can use the std function of XI.

Use the constant function and give the values which is to be hardcorded and map it to target field.

I can hardcode value with using constant, I know that.

but my problem is that I have 3 Values and one segment field KSCHL.

I have to create this segment 3 times with each value in KSCHL.

How i can do it ?

Hi,

You can duplicate the segment KSCHL 3 times in the target side and map each of them to the constant value that you want. It will solve the problem.

right click on the perticular segment and say duplicate...

do this how many times u wanted to...

give the values accordingly....

Hard coded values are actually given in a constants and then mapped to the target. i hope i have understood your question properly.
