Dear Jamie
In following functions are available:
· Creating Individual Shipments
· Changing Individual Shipments
· Displaying Individual Shipments
Using these transportation planning functions you can:
· Manually enter information on shipment header fields
· Manually select deliveries
· Include deliveries in a shipment
· Get the system to propose the tour data (vehicle, trailer, driver, passenger) from the tour master by entering a route and sequence number in the shipment header.
is the function lets you create shipments automatically in the system (either in the foreground or background). You can define simple rules as to how deliveries are to be grouped into shipments.
Collective processing normally entails three steps:
- Definition of selection variants
Define which deliveries are to be considered in the creation process. The same selection criteria as those in the individual creation process can be used here.
- Definition of grouping criteria
You can define which fields in the deliveries must be identical so that those deliveries can be grouped together into one shipment. You can also define in which order the deliveries appear in the shipment and enter capacity limits for those shipments that are to be considered. To define grouping and sort criteria, you can choose from over 80 delivery header fields in the field catalog.
- Set default shipment data
You can define shipment data, such as forwarding agents or deadlines, that should appear in each shipment you create.
thanks

Hello,
In Individual shipment, it can have one or more than one deliveries but one point of departure, one destination and one mode of transport.
On the other hand, for collective shipments can have one or more than one deliveries several points of departure, several destinations and one mode of transport.
Hope it is clear.
