Hi guys,

This is the error I get

Hi,

I just had the same error while installing SAP Netweaver SR2 on Windows.

Also tried to check if J2EE engine is functional via http://<host>:5nn00 and had no effect.

After stopping sapinst manually stoped and started againg my SAP system.

When J2EE appliations were accessible - via address as above starte sapinst and contiued the installation process and i went ahead.

Yes it did continue after I restarted the installation.

Although I don't know what caused the J2EE server to not respond.
