Hi Pradeep,
U can definitely create this using smartstyles.
--In the TCode 'smartforms' just below 'form' u have another option 'style' .
--Create a style .
--within the style give the required header data
--right click on paragraph format and select *'create Node'*
-- within the node give the required paragraph format
--in the same way u can also create the character format
To use the created style in ur smartform refer the following method:
-- select the text window where u want to chage the font.
--in the 'output options' tab of the text window, there is a input field called 'style', enter the name of the style which u created .
-- now go to 'General attributes' tab of the same.. Here u find an option called 'style'.
-- click on the arrow in 'style' and u can find the paragraph format and the character format u have created in the smartstyle u created. Now select the data for which u want to change the font and click on the appropriate character or paragraph format.
Hope u find it helpful

Vasuki
