how to unlock messages in sxmb_moni ?

Hi,

double click on the message....

it takes you to SMQ1...there you can find unlock icon at the tool bar...click on that..

Hi Ashok,

from sxmb_moni, scroll to right side and click at the QueueID column, then click the queue that is in error. then u will see the Lock and Unlock button at top.

hi,

For outbound message Run T-code SMQ1 and form there there are two option to unlock queue(message)

1.Unlock Queue

2.Unlock without activation

For inbound message Run T-code SMQ2 there also two same options to unlock the queue(message )

use transaction SMQR, SMQ1 to test the queue strucking

Hi

In SXMB_MONI whn u click on QID (Queue Id column) and it will popups a window there u can lock or unlock them.
