Invisible note nu00B01000889 "Negative cache"

Hi,

By reading SAP Notes n°1044872 and n°1135138, I remark that the solution of my "negative cache" problem is described in SAP Note n°1000889.

But while attempting to access it, I get the following error message :

Note 1000889
An SAP note with the number requested could not be found.

How can I access this note ?

Any idea would be appreciated

Most likely the solution in that note became irrelevant, so it was taken out of availability. Or it might be temporarily unavailable.

E.g.: SAP note # 1 still exists, but # 4 is not available
