Confirmation tick dissapear after saving

Hello SAP Friends

In confirmations when put on a tick on More further confirmations expected tick and then saving the transaction. When you go back later to the confirmation the tick on more further confirmations expected is unticked. Please advise on what could be causing this.

Hi Warona,

Try if following otes are of any use to you:

Note 391469 - Multiple confirmation for goods receipt or performed service

Note 323170 - Problems with confirmation

Note 990264 - Multiple confirmations cannot be posted for service & limit
