Dear All,
Actually I have these steps to to do client refresh, please confirm these are correct or not.
Go to scc4, create client for eg ( 300)
log in with sap* and pass.
execute scc9, for remote copy.
Before this maintain the rfc connection between quality and production.
Select the profile SAP_ALL, test run in background, will this be sufficient, I want the exact data of production in quality.
Please help.
Ravi Palanki.
Hi,
When u r planning to do remote client copy. So, we need to follow below things.
1. Client new client useing transation SCC4.
2. Create the Rfc connection between source client to traget client.
3. Create the logical system source and target clients.
4. Login as new client (that is traget client).
5. User like 'SAP*' & password 'PASS'
6. Then excute the transation SCC9 ( for remote client copy).
7. And select the profile (SAP_ALL) to get the full data of the source client.
Note:- Don't select test run now this time.

Hi ,
Client refresh is 3 types. As well as different profiles are there depending on the need of the copy.
We have local,Remote,Export-import.
So if you want the remote.what you said is correct. However check below things also:
Create the RFC and check for connection as well as Authorization check results.
The same product is installed, with the same release, in both systems.
All components in these systems, including add-ons, have the same development status.
