Created by field not filled in ITS

Hi all.

SRM 4.0.

Transaction BBP_MON_SC - the field Created By is no longer being filled out in my ITS screens; web screens. However, if I process this from SAP Gui, the field is filled. Have you seen this type of behaviour before?

Try notes:

1148093 - Shopping cart monitor: Search done based on User ID

961422 BBP_MON_SC: No search help for 'Created By'

764135 - Shopping cart monitor: Selection according to 'Created by'

The last note should give you some hint / direction.

Thanks for all the notes. However, let me clarify: The BBP_MON_SC search is working perfectly when being called from SAP Gui, meaning that all structures etc are correct - it is only when I call this transaction in my standalone ITS server that this field is not getting filled. I can still search for SC created by a user name, but the field Created By remains empty... Could this be an issue within the web template?
