CCMS AUTO REACTION METHOD

Hi,

Configured CCMS, Not able to assign autoreaction methods for all MTE's.

Ex:App. Servers -R3services - background - aborted jobs.

In RZ21 assigned the central autoreaction. Only it was getting assigned to CI, not getting assigned to DI.

Suggestions plz.

this sounds like you have installed sapccm4x only on the CI but not on the other instances.

For central autoreaction you have to install the agent on each instance.

so for dual stack i need to install both sapccm4x as well as sapccmsr.

Resolved after installing sapccm4x on DI.
