I thank you for your reply.

PI system here is on 64 bit system and Webstart I am using is 1.4.2_17. As suggested I am planning to reinstall Java Webstart.

Do you suggest any specific Java WebStart Version?

Thanks

Hi,

You can go for Java Web start v. 1.4.1 (J2SE 1.4.1). only as with other Versions the some of the icons of Mapping editor will be deactivated.

Also update it with support packges available on below link

Download it from

http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart/download.jsp

Thanks

Hi All,

First I thank you all for the reply.

Proxy is already set to "None" .

Cache was cleared, but no effect. Error still remains.

There is lot of space in the drive.

Hi,

Refer

Noramlly clearing up the cache and Proxy settings to None , resolves the issue. But if the issue is still persisted as you had mentioned then try to re-install the Java Webstart.

Thanks

Hi,

Try to clear the cache in Java Web Start. Also select No Proxies in it.

Hi,

Open Java Web Start -> File -> Preferences .Set the Proxy as "None" and it will work.
