We are using version 5.0 with SP7 and unable to delete or create planning version.
Any suggestions. We know we have a lot of master data but transaction data is average in volume since we use only 20 weeks of planning horizon.

are you not able to delete using transaction /SAPAPO/VERDELLD - Delete Planning Version ?
( or are you talking about timeseries versions?)
We are using only PPDS and therefore, order series based. But they have more than 70.000 products and 45000 PPMs in APO.
