Alert error

Hi Guys,

I run the report "SXMSALERT_LOGREADER".

Below error is getting displayed.

! System_Failure:Password logon no longer possible - too many failed attempts

I unlocked user "PIRWBUSER"

but still it gets locked after 3 attempts , i donno whwere and why this happening

any clues

Hi,

Use the PIRWBUSER's password. Always you are giving worng passwords. So it is locked. Try to know the original password and use the password.

u mean to say change password in the su01 and update.

but i donno wjhere i have used this user with a passowrd which makes me to trigger this error.
