Adobe Error

hi,

I am working on an online scenario adobe application. However when I deploy I get the following error :

com.sap.engine.services.webservices.jaxrpc.exceptions.InvalidResponseCodeException: Invalid Response Code: (401) Unauthorized. The requested URL was:"http://ISVDEM02:50000/AdobeDocumentServices/Config?style=document"

Can anyone please help me?

Hi Malita,

Seems to be an issue with the ADS service. Please test the web service to check if its working fine.

Hello,

Seems like you have an issue with your ADS Configuration, and the the user ADSUSER does not have enough permissions.

You can check the configuration by following this path: Login into Visual Administrator --> Services --> Web Service Security --> Security Configuration --> Web service Clients --> sap.com --> tc_wdpdfObject --> com.sap.tc.webdynpro.adsproxy.AdsProxy/ConfigPort_Document

Please see all the steps necessary for the ADSUSER in the ADS Configuration guide:

You can check your connection settings by following these steps:

- Go to: "http://<host>:<port>/AdobeDocumentServices/Config?style=document"

- Enter the correct correct ADSUSER and PASSWORD for testing.
