Hi,
Please help maintain exchange rate in the sales order header Sales Tab
Just an additional note, this field "Exchange Rate for Price Determination" blank. It is not editable because is greyed out even in Tcode VA02.
Please advise. Thank you.
Regards,
Bluetag
Will give rewards if helpful...thanks 😃 *
Dear Bluetag,
The field VBKD-KURSK is not open for change in an order when document currency
is the same as company code currency is because in this case if the currency is for example USD for the company code and the document currency, there is automatically
a 1:1 relationship, in other words there cannot be a different exchange rate within the one
currency - if the document currency is usd and the company code currency is usd then the exchange rate will be 1,0000 as it would not make sense to have a different exchange rate for the one currency.
However, if the condition currency is different, for example Eur, then the exchange rate difference will be displayed in the condition details screen based off the settings in customising for the currencies. If the document currency is different to the company
currency you then have the option to enter manually the exchange rate,

Hi,
In Header Sales View the exchange rate is used for price Determincation.
Exchange Rate for Price Determination
The exchange rate that applies to the sales document and that the system uses to convert:
o Local currency prices (conditions) into document currency
o Document currency amounts into local currency, whenever the document values are required in local currency
and
In Billing Document
Hi Pramila,
In the billing document there are 3 excahnge rates:
They are:
Exchange Rate for Price Determination VBRP-KURSK between Loc.currency <-> Doc.currency.
The determination of this exchange rate depends on the setting of field TVCPFLP-PFKUR in customizing copy control.
Hope This will help.
Reward point if helpful.
Thanks,
Raja
