QA32 Defauly quantity

Hi,

In QA32 incoming (goods recipt) inspection once Accepted the inspection lot, need to transfer the stock from QAstock to unrestricted stock.

so my question is can we set this transfer of goods from QA Stock to Unrestricted stock "Default",

so that no need of manual enter of quantity and storage location.

if anyone know, pls let me know.

Hi SK,

What ever the storage location you enter in the GR, the stock get post over there only but as under quality inspection. So whenever you need to release it from Quality it will pick the same storage location that is entered in GR in the QA11 at time of Stock Posting, and that will be default.

And I would like to add a bit in the perfect solution provided by Singh is, click on the "PROPOSOL" button in inspection lot stock screen in QA11 to make the necessary posting. But as mentioned by Singh, it can be done only after you select the well configured UD Code. Otherwise the PROPOSAL tab will remain invisible.

Hi SKSK,

It is possible to post the Stock automatically by the system based on UD code.

For that thing you need to do some setting as below,

Go to QS51 select concern UD Code Group and Code.

In UD Code level first you need to set posting proposal UD as To Unrestricted Use and put a Tick mark in Stock screen background.

It is help for you.
