You can use VFX3 - Blocked Billing Docs. But sometimes it may NOT meet the client's requirements such as particular data/value is needed to display in the report. In such scenario, custom report is required to be developed.

actually we will use mbrb tranx for it but for what reasons might client want to develop a custom report instead of using mbrb tranx

If standard report does not fulfill client's requirement, they will insist for zee development. So in order to cater client's requirement, we have to go for zee reports.

But it is always better to go for standard reports.
