VF04 (Billing Due List) - Default data tab

Can anyone advise how is the default data tab in VF04 being used?

Dear Peter

Those are all additional enhancements SAP has given to process collective billing. In some MNCs, they would be having more billing types and if we want to filter some selected billing types, we can make use of this field. The same goes for other options too. If you want to generate collective billing and these datas are differ in the respective documents, you can filter according to your requirement.

Hi Peter,

As per my view,

You can use default data tab as Variant in VF04 transaction but in this selection data will less

Billing type

Billing date

Date of service rendered

Pricing date

After entering the data if you click on save icon system will ask you to give variant name and discriotion after giving these details you can save it as variant.
