Hello,
Can AFS Presizing be mainatained for a Material and vendor combination?
Please throw some light.
Regards,
Kumar
Hi
Presizing we can maintain at material level but I think there is no facility to maintain presizing with material & vendor combination.

Hi, Rayudu, J4AP is the Tcode for AFS Presizing.

In AFS, there are three or more presizing ways and hence there are different prirorities.
a) J4A1 -> Distribution rules per size
b) Purchasing grid spread -> Control record
c) Inforecord -> Define spread in Additional data
If you notice, b and c are spread only and more like rounding.
In your case, you need to maintain the indicator in Inforecord->additional data that spread is higher priority for thsi Vendor.
Alternatively, you can choose a specific Control grid for your vendor with a different spread ratio which means vendor musical chair packing.

Hi Kumar,
It is simple. Lets say you have XL/M/L/S
maintain in ratio as 10 20 10 10. So if you have 300 pieces as qty, the automatic spread when you convert requisition to purchase order must be
XL/L/S: 60 pieces each
M : 120 pieces.
I guess this is as per standard BADI. This behaviour can be changed though.
I don't have a AFS system to recollect, in case you ahve issues, you can drop me a mail.
Kind Regards,
Vardhan
Hii,
In the Purchase documents if you press Preszing, system will search for the Spread Profiles i.e Plant, Category, Grid Values & Period in the Function module J_3A_Distribute Sizes.
I want to know can this Spread Profile be maintained in Condition records or Grid Control data i.e processing modes.
What you have mentioned is rounding factors this will be triggered when you press the Rounding button i,e Calculator button.

Kumar
Hello,
I am not sure..
check out with T.Code :ME11(purchase info record)
Here we can maintain the relation between material and its supplier(vendor)
