How to trackdeleted sales order

Hi SAP,

Any way to track who has deleted sales order? I tried check table VBAK for the deleted sales order but there are no data in there.

U can check the deleted sales order no in table CDHDR and use the field obj ....

there u will find your deleted doc no.

Dear Nazrul

Once the sale order is deleted, you cannot track that. That is the reason, normally deletion option will not be given to end users. Instead, if Reason for Rejection is assigned, the status of sale order would be "Completed".

Dear nazrul,

Once sales order deleted , it can not be found in any tables .

Sugesstion : Instead of deleting sales order , keep rejection note either header level or item level , this will help you to track in future.
