After performing Assembly .SCA file generated and we imported software component into QA system. There was another SCA file (which has changes for same software component) and we imported into QA system.
For production deployment shall we need to import both SCA files ?or importing second .SCA file will be ok?
Importing second sca will solve your problem. as even there is change in only one DC, then also assembly build sca contains all the DCs that are present in your track.
As it is the sca for software component you created for the track.
