PS Texts and Attachment of Documents to the WBS Elements

Hi

Actually i have attached PS Texts and Documents to the WBS Element and when i am copying the WBS element i need to copy the PS Texts and Documents attached to it?

Do we have any BAPIs or FM for this purpose?

Can anyone please let me know how to do this.

First you attach documents to your standard WBS or the existing operative WBS.

When you use the BAPI, Program will copy the documents from standard WBS or from existing operative WBS.

I dont think BAPIs exist to copy attached documents to WBS element.

Please go to transaction BAPI and navigate to project systems node. You will find all the BAPIs related to PS.

These are standard ones available. If you are going to use anyother FM, they may not be deisgned to work as BAPIs.

Dont user FM with IBAPIs they are for internal use.

BAPI for creating project is BAPI_PROJECT_MAINTAIN...

This is a solid bapi which can do a lot of things.. disadvantage is like any other SAP solution needs a lot of patience to understand how to use it..

You will really appriciate the way it was return from technical perspective

Hello Raj,

You have to check the check box ' PS Text and Documents while copying and hope you use the transaction CJ20N for this purpose.

my requirement is i have to do it through a BAPI.

I am copying WBS Elements using BAPI_BUS2054_CREATE_MULTI

Then how to get the attachments of WBS Elements along with them
