How to inactivate the alerts

how to inactivate alerts in RWB...

actually i created an alert thru ALRTCATDEF...and made some rule in RWB-->Alert configuration...

as there are lots of alerts coming in and making ayatem slow......and i want deactivate ....

if i uncheck the rule active in Alert configuration...will that deactivate...

Just select "Suppress multiple alerts"

i did that Aamir....but admin people say that alerts are pouring in....so i dont know how to go ahead

You can delete the rule.

Hi,

Very simple, goto RWB selected rules first, then uncheck both of

Rule Activated

Suppress multiple alert of this rule

after you have to click "Change Rule" to updated table, then you will be ok

You can unsubscribe the Rule from your list.
