Which is the standard SAP transaction to execute Bin to Bin transfer by RF

Generally you cannot create transfer order using standard RF transaction (except LM06, LM71 transaction where you can create TO in reference to delivery.)

You can create transfer order using LT01 or LT09 and than confirm it using one of standard RF transaction
