Error creating iView

Hi,

I want to create iViews with MDM iView Wizard. But I always get the following error:

Could not connect to back-end application. Check your system. The server may be down or there may be an error in a system parameter. 

But the connection test for my system says:

 Test Connection with Connector 
  Test Details: 
The test consists of the following steps:
1. Retrieve the default alias of the system
2. Check the connection to the backend application using the connector defined in this system object 
 
  Results 
Retrieval of default alias successful
Connection successful 

Any ideas?

Hi Roman,

A few more inputs required:

1. When does this error come - at which stage basically?

2. Are you logged on as the same user for which user mapping has been done?

at step 3 (System alias)

2. Are you logged on as the same user for which user mapping has been done?

yes

We are using SRM-MDM, could that be the reason?
