SAP FICA - Invoice and Receipt

Hi Experts,

We are working on Campus management and are able to generate Invoice and Receipt for Student.

But we require some changes in Student Invoice and Receipt, hence we require the form name or the place were the form (script or smartform) is assigned, so that we can make appropriate changes in the form according to our need.

We are able to find the form class "FMCA_INVOICE". But we cant able to make changes by using it.

I am in urgent need.

use transaction EFRM ( Application form ) and look for the smartfroms using form class. Copy the standard application form to customer name space and modify the smartform.

forms are assigned in the invoice type configuration for invoices and for receipts in the correspondence configuration

Dear Mr. Muralidhar,

We are trying to search the name of form that use to print the csah receipt through the cash desk in campus managemnt.t-code we use -FPCJ

The correspondance type is 0043(MIXED PEYMENT RECEIPT)

FORM CLASS USE FOR THIS PURPOSE IS FMCA_CASHPAYMENT_RECEIPT

RDI FORM IS SAME FMCA_CASHPAYMENT_RECEIPT

We would like to add our logo of university. So kindly suggest the form

name where we could able to add some statement and logo.

Hi,

from EFRM, display the application form, in the next screen there will be a pushbutton for smartform and click on that. It will take you to that form.

Copy that smart form using tcode smartforms into a Z form and modify according to your requirements.

From EFRM copy the application form into Z a object and assign the Z smartform.
