Can anybody tell me, how would i change an abap report program to abap webdynpro program?

In general you must redesign and recode the application totally. There is a limited dynpro screen conversion utility available, but it has rather limited functionality. See OSS Note 1003397 for more details on the dynpro conversion wizard.
