How to reset SDHF user status?

Hi,

We are using SolMan 4.0 SP13 and in it ChaRM. I was testing the transports with urgent corrections (SDHF) and accidentally set the SDHF user status to created while completing a request. Currently the system status for that SDHF is "completed" but the user status is Created. Related task list is set to completed as well.

I tried to apply project cycle inconcistency fix for this one as well (explained in note 939428) but that didn't help this time.

I would be more than happy to get any hints and tips that help me solve the situation. This was originally a user error that resulted in the inconcistency and I'm expecting more of those when going live with ChaRM and having more users.

Hi,

you might try report CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT to set a follow-up status.

But I am not sure if this will work in your case.
