Whats the purpose of having a "Test Tab" in the Interface Mapping in the Integration Repository?

Because Interface Mapping refers to the Message Mapping and in the Message Mapping we have the Test Tab and we would have tested the Mapping we have created.

Please guide me. Thanks.

Naveen,

When you import external structures/RFC/IDoc and use Java/XSLT/ABAP mappings, you will not go to Message mapping at all. You can use the imported/external structures directly as interfaces!

For this page you need some way to test and without it you will never know if your data is transformed correctly!
