Reversal of PGI

Dear Gurus,

Can we reverse the PGI for a single line item, if it is already done for say e.g. 10 items.

Dear Anand

No it is not possible. Once you execute VL09, the whole line items of delivery would be reversed. However, once reversed, go to VL02N, input the same delivery reference and delete the line item which you dont want and redo PGI for rest of the items so that you have the same delivery document if you are so particular in having the reference number.

Hi,

In this case create return order of the product which you want back. with order type RE. and then do PGR.

thanks for your reply but the situation is that,he has created OBD with reference to PO.Its a stock transfer scenario.So not possible to create

RE.

Pls suggest solution on priority basis.

My above suggestion will perfectly work provided that the OBD is generated in June. Once you reversed via VL09, in VL02N, input the same date what you maintained originally in the field "Actual GI Date".

Hi Anand,

By Using VL09, We do full reversal of PGI. If there is 10 line items it will reverse all.

After Reversal you can follow the procedure provided by our friend Laxmi.
