Is there any specific client software that needs to be loaded into a mobile device to access the RF transaction through ITSmobile?

as long as device supports RF functionality and is comaptible with SAP then it should be fine.

yes it makes use of browsers. The best browser are usually the browsers provided by the vendors of the mobile devices. These browser are enhanced to be able to make use of special features of the mobile device like function keys, trigger bar...
