Quality Notification for the Customer complaint.

Hi Friends,

We create quality notification(QM01) using notification type Q1( Customer complaint)

When we save after making all entries, system gives a message" main work centre is required entry pl fill it" and doesn't allow me to save it.

I am unable to find out that field (main work centre) in the notification screen.

Although we have set optional field in OQM1.

Can you anybody assist me to overcome this problem.

may be it has been specifically set for your notification type kindly make this has optional and check

also remove in general field selection

Dear Sadan,

There is a chance of happening this due to that field is marked as mandatory.

I hope this would happen, when Pm guy was making settings for the notification fields.

He might have made this filed mandatory w/o any reference of Notification type (Influencing in spro filed selection), If he doesnt select Influencing and Notification type, that field Mandatory will effect all the Notification types.

So please check with ur PM guy and change the field setting for Notifications and ask him to use Influencing - Notification type and desired notification type.
