Automatic monitoring of transaction ST22 with Email

Hello Experts,

I want to have a automatic monitoring for the Short Dumps. This means that I want to get an email when a defined number of short dumps are reached.....

To send an email via ABAP report is no problem.

Have anybody an idea how to solve this problem. Informations which tables are involved or something like that would be also very helpful.
