Message Processor determination in support desk

hi friends,

I have configured the support team determination and

now i need to configure the automatic determination of message processors in support desk and also the system should assign it to to a message processors who has the least number of messages in hand.How do i go about it.Is there any option in the organizational model or in the transaction PFAC_RESPO please let me know.

Hey,

This FM will not solve your problem....

This FM will only give you the partners of a Service ticket....

Dont waste your time on this....

You need some kind of CRM expertise to fulfill your requirement.....

has anybody used this function module will this function module reslove my problem.If any body has used it could any one help me in specifying the parameters for the function module CRM_DNO_READ_PARTNER_WFRULE
