Collective Picking

Dear Friends,

What is the Tcode for the collective picking .

I do not have warehouse management here .

Still I have 1000 delieveres to be picked every day.

What would be the Transaction and the procedure of the same.

Try V.21 with Type of Coll.run as "K - Picking".

Hi Amlan

1. Go to VP01SHP.

2. Select Shipping (special cases )

3. Double click on EK00

4. Assign the printer details to the relevant shipping point for which you have already created deliveries

5. After this setting, run VL70. Give Output type as EK00 and also the range of deliveries that you want to do automatic picking

You can see that after executing VL70, the deliveries shall have picked quantities in that pick qty field.

Hi,

To create a collective picking list, proceed as follows:

In the Shipping screen, choose Picking ® Picking Without Warehouse Management

You see the screen Picking w/o Warehouse Management.

Choose Picking ® Create coll.picking.

You see the screen Create Group: Documents by Group. Here you can enter those deliveries that are to be picked together. Group type K, which is relevant for collective picking, is set automatically.

The same shipping point must process all the entered deliveries.

Save your group.

Please tell me the transaction or the Logistics path.

shipping screen refers to

Logistics ® Logistics Execution ® Shipping

or

Logistics ® Sales and distribution ® Shipping

I have assigned the same in the EK00 Conditions records to the local printer.

Still in the VL70 screen when I am executing it says no log exists and so if the give teh delivery number still it is not getting executed.

What should I do.

Hi,

Please Follow the steps below for issuing list

When you create a group of Group type K, the system automatically proposes output type SK00 (collective picking list) in the group header (if the appropriate settings are made in output control). You call up the output screen by choosing Goto ® Output in the Documents by Group screen.

The following options are available for initiating printing of a collective picking list:

Directly when you process a document for grouped deliveries

Using the Subsequent functions menu option in the screen Picking w/o Warehouse Management.

As an example, we will illustrate the print process when you are processing the group delivery document. To do this, proceed as follows:

In the Shipping screen, choose Picking ® Picking Without Warehouse Management

You see the screen Picking w/o Warehouse Management.

Choose Picking (r) Change coll. Picking.

You see the Change Group screen. The system automatically proposes Group type K (picking).

Choose the group for which you want to print a collective picking list and enter the number in the Group number field. Choose Group ® Issue output to ® Printer.

You see the Issue Output screen. The system proposes output type SK00 for collective picking.

Choose Enter.

You see the Issue Output dialog box where you can maintain print parameters.

Choose Enter.

The collective picking list is printed.

To print a collective picking list in this way, you must first maintain Dispatch time 3 (on request) in the timing data for output fields. This is located in the group document for the list to be printed.

I hope you have maintained the printer details with the corresponding Shipping Point ONLY for which deliveries are created by you.

Dear Friend,

Thanks for your inputs.

I have assigned the Local printer for the same Output Type .

Then in the VL70 screen I have put the output Type as EK00

and the shipping points still the output is not coming ?

But in the VL60 delivery monitor when I am selecting for the picking the delieveries are appearing for the same when I am executing in background it says

Transfer order for picking .

BUT I do not want transfer order I want picking to be done automatically

Please suggest.
