Hi.
I have a user, when she login to EBP and and search for a vendor while shopping , it gives no list.
This is only for this perticular user, other users are fine.
I have seen in PPOMA_BBP but cannot find any reason.
What could be the problem and what to do to resolve this.

Can you check running BBP_CHECK_USERS for the user and see if any error message is there.

Hi. If you are sure they are seraching the same way, the only thing I could think is to try it in the GUI, and debug to see why nothing is found.

Hi,
You can check in the report "BBP_CHECK_CONSISTENCY" using transaction SE38, if all the necesary attributes required for this user to create shopping cart are available.
Call this report in SE38. Enter User ID, select application "shopping cart" and execute. You should find the missing attribute here.
Another way I would suggest you is to compare attributes of this user node with the correct user.

Thanks for your help and information.
I have done so using SE38 and verified the attributes with other users in the same organization but found no error so far.
I am new to EBP, What stops a user to get the vendor list on EBP ?
If we can know that and we can troubleshoot this very easily.
