Dear sasi,

For open order quantity or pending order quantity refer table VEPVG , field - BRGEW .

Please ensure order credit check is released.

Dear Sasi

After your above post, I was really surprised and tested at my end by creating a sale order for a material with qty 100, made PGI 40. Now when I checked in SE16 / VBBE, the system shows exactly 60 nos. in open quantity.

So please ensure that the sale order you have given is correct.

thanks

Dear Lakshmipathi,

I am also surprised coz I am not sure what might be the possible reasons for VBBE not pulling any record......I have tried with and without Selcetion criteria...

Dear lakshmipathi,

When I tested in the IDES,VBBE is pulling the data...but its not happening in TEST client.....

Pl let me know what will be the possible reasons and solutions to rectify this before this leads to a major production bug...

Thanks

Dear Sasi

Then please compare the copy control for item category in VTLA in IDES with your TEST client. This could be the area where you need to look.

Dear Lakshmipathi,

Copy controls are same.....there was no change in VTLA -Item category -TAN - Sales to Delivery

Thanks

Dear Sasi

Do you mean to say that for your item category in VTLA, datas like

- Order requirements

- Item data

- Business data

- Pos/neg.quantity

are same in IDES with TEST client ??

I feel definitely, either of the above should be different. Can you please reconfirm this.

thanks

Dear Sasi

In continuation to my earlier suggestions, go to VOV7, select your item category and check whether the box is selected for [ Sched Line Allowed] Since VBBE relates to schedule line category, this could also be an issue.

Thanks

G. Lakshmipathi

ps:- When you keep on asking series of questions in one thread, please dont post a new thread like this. Nobody will understand what exactly your problem is. This is my request. Incidentally, this thread alone eaten my time )

Hi Laxmipathi

I created two sales orders 3 and 5 quantities, and delivered 1 qty in the second order.

when I checked the table VBBE or VA05, I am able to see 3 and 4 qantities open.

but I want to see the total 7 as open order qty, i.e, 3+4=7

because both the orders are placed by the same customer and same material

can u please tell me in which table exactly the total open order quantity for a customer and total open order quantity for a material is stored

hi

check the table VBBE, it stores open items in the order.

VBUP gives the details of the line tiems in the order.

Hi,

You have to calcuate the balance order quantity, but you can get the order status in table VBUP.

Dear sasi

The field name for Open Order quantity is [OMENG] which stores in many tables like [VBBE, S001, S004, S263, S666]

thanks
