Dear All,
I have a requirement in which, I have returnable packaging materials as part of the Handling units.
The handling Units are created with reference to Process Order with COWBPACK.
And I am picking the handling units from Warehouse through Transfer order.
Now once the TO is confirmed, the Handling units are assinged to the delivery. But even when I do the Goods Issue, I am still not able to see the returnable packaging material in the Customer Special Stock.
I have defined the packaging material with Item Cateogry group LEIH.
Can anybody please advise, how can I solve this problem.

Hi Harsh,
You need to enter the returnable package material in the sales order as one of the item then only system will show that in Customer Special Stock.

Dear Harsh,
As per the standard you need to enter as line item in the sales order then only system will show the customer special stock other wise it won't.
Even if you take returnble packaging material in the handling unit creation you need to enter returnble packaging material in the sales order as line item.

I understand your reply.
But does that means that Businesses Using Returnable Packaging materials in Handling Units will not be able to use the SAP functionality for tracking the packing material stock at customer location.
This sounds strange to me.
Do you have any idea on this ?
