can we send output through mail

Hi gurus,

I would like to know that can we send a billing document through mail or not. If yes how can we send what would my out type is the same thing like rd00 or some thing else like mail out put type. What is the program for this and what is the form for sending these a customer i means bill to party.

Hi,

You can send billing document through mail with output as PDF attachment. For send external mails you BASIS person have do the setting for Mail server. Also while defining output type you have to use transmission medium as "5 - External Send".

Hi,

Go to NACE to code select output type RD00 and click on processing routine there u have to go for print medium special functions 7 i think just check there u can send invoice through mail.
