how to configure for print out of debit memo by VA01 ?

Dear All Guru's

pl help me as user had created a debit memo in "VA01" By using oreder type = "ZDR " DS Debit Memo Request . At present useris in change mode & in overview screen here he has clicked on " Extras " -

> Output ---> a new screen opens here it is seen that a suser click on drop down for output type a info comes as " no possible entries exist for this field "

pl help how to proceed.

You have to define the output type in either in IMG or thru transaction NACE and then you have to assign that output to order type. Also you have to assign that output type in Output Access sequence.

All these setting you can do under IMG->SD->Basic Function->Output Control->Output Determination->Output determiation condition tech->Sales documents.
