Storyboard appears blank..Please guide

Hello All,

Working on VC version 6 (packaged with EP7 SP9)

When I login into VC, the storyboard appears blank.

Have installed MSMXL 4.0 & Adobe SVG Viewer 3.0 &Flash plugin

Have also assigned and required permissions for VC access.

Went through entire VC SAP Notes but did not find any solution.

Have also set the logging for VC and can access them all in NWA and it does not show any exception too.

What could be the issue here?

Should I re-install SVG again?

Resolved the issue.

Restarted the server and it worked.

Hi,

did you add your URL of VC resp. portal to the confidental sites of your Internet Explorer?

For the storyboard you only need the MSXML Parser and Adobe SVG Viewer (flash runtime is only needed when you have deployed your VC apps with flex runtime), maybe a new installation of MSXML and SVG Viewer is needed. Did you also try it on another machine?

Press Ctrl + F5 Key and refresh the whole story board.

Hi ,

sometimes the flash version doesnot support please check it . i have the same problem i have installed the svg view ,msxml ,adobe flash . i haveseen story borad appears empty . please check ur flash version .

i am using this version in flash 9.0.115.0

this version works fine tht time please chect it

Hi,

Yes the problem seems to be with installation of MSXML Parser and adobe svg viewr.

MSXML Parser 4.0 and svg viewr 3.0

reinstall again and try
